La Bolsa aka the stock exchange bar, and this is exactly how it works. The prices of the various drinks depend on the demand. If the drink is in high demand it is expensive if it is low demand it is cheap. Therefore it is possible to get a drink for a good price, if the demand happens to be low. Prices rise after 10pm. Music varies.
