Streets of Barcelona

Personal security in Barcelona is paramount. Due to the substantial amount of people living here illegally with no citizenship or papers it is impossible for them too find work, hence they will basically do what ever they can to survive. It is not such a dangerous city compared to others and the majority of crimes are not violent but be careful, petty crime is rampant. Be cautious of pick pockets, drug dealers and ladies of the night they will rob you blind. Don’t be scared just be cautious. Also avoid getting drunk and walking around the streets with your wallet in your back pocket and avoid falling a sleep anywhere you will get robbed.
