Festival in Gracia
Around the 15th August to 21st of August, Barcelona´s Bohemian district Gracia celebrates Festa se Gracia, one of the most colorful Barcelona festivals during the summer. This Catalan “Festa” is very well known by inhabitants of the city and tourists alike flock to the suburb of Gracia to celebrate the Fiesta Mayor in Gracia. For the full Gracia experience have a night or so free and just wonder aimlessly around the streets absorbing all the colour, dancing and music. After months of planning, visitors can enjoy parades, concerts, theater performances, live music and more. Streets and squares will be colorfully decorated and the winning street is announced on the final night. The neighbourhood take great pride and ample preparation in the decoration it really is a site to be seen.
